Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Authorization
No returned goods will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by MBS.
All return requests must be approved prior to sending items back.
Any issues with your order must be reported to MBS within 48 hours of receipt. Please open and inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items returned damaged or not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Jessica@mbs-standoffs.com with your order number.
If approved, our team will provide the RMA number, return instructions, and the return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Inspection & Restocking Fees
MBS may request photos of the items to assist with the return process.
Upon receipt, all returned goods will be inspected by MBS Quality Control. If accepted, a credit will be issued.
All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% to 50%, depending on the condition of the returned goods.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval of your refund or credit.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team and we will assist you with the process.
